XVA knows that before a team and season can start, a bond between teammates must begin. Teamwork is an essential part of any sport and in volleyball is a must. 

At the start of each season, XVA's players attend a special team bonding day.  Each season the day/activity will vary but the message will stay the same. "TEAM means Together Everyone Achieves More!"

The focus will be on teamwork, organization, communication, and cooperation. This allows the players to form a bond that will extend both on and off the court, which gives them an edge on other teams.
